The builders of Rolling Hills and Pironi Estates intend to build Woodbury Hills on 5.2 acres of land located north of Woodbury-Cold Spring Road, east of Trailview State Park, (Formerly the Bethpage State Parkway Right of Way), and 680 feet west of Whitney Lane. 86,000 cubic yards of dirt and 3.1 acres of woods will be removed and leveled to construct 5 luxury houses. A private road from the Syosset-Woodbury Road and Woodbury Road intersection will be built to access these houses.
